Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum needed to run the service: your account email, the items and names you create, and item presence events from your own Tags and Hubs. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and presence data is visible only to your account.

• Payments are processed by our payment provider; card numbers never touch our servers.
• You can export or permanently delete your data at any time by emailing info@oarka.ca.
• We use no third-party analytics or tracking pixels on this site.

Terms of Service

By purchasing or using Stow you agree to use it only to track items you own or have permission to track. Stow is a convenience product, not a security system: we work hard to make alerts fast and reliable, but we can’t guarantee every event is detected, and Oarka isn’t liable for loss or theft of tracked items. Accounts used to track people or third-party property without consent will be terminated.

Security

Traffic between your devices, your Stow hardware, and our servers is encrypted in transit (TLS). Hubs authenticate with unique per-unit credentials that can be revoked from your account instantly.
